Return Policy

You may return unused, unopened products for a full refund less the cost of shipping within 30 days by emailing hello@earthandapple.com. 

Please include your name, order number, and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. You must send an email prior to sending your return in order to receive a refund. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions for sending your return. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product.

In the event your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item(s), please reach out to hello@earthandapple.com with your name, order number and description of the issue within 3 days of receiving your order to receive a prompt replacement product or refund. 

Please note that we do not accept returns of used products.
